Cogs & Corsets will take place June 7–9, 2019. This year, Saturday June 8 will also include the GLT Free Summer Concert in our downtown, which will bring an additional 800–1000 people to the square for outdoor music that evening.
We took your feedback from last year’s event into consideration when planning for 2019! We will have longer vendor hours, and a new location for our Steampunk Market which provides better access to electricity, a more central location with regards to shops and events, and a configuration that should help with wind. We’re looking forward to seeing you June 7-9!

Free parking is available in the Market St. Parking Deck one block from the Steampunk Market area. Additional parking is available in the Lincoln deck and Pepsi Ice Rink deck. Street parking is free and open on weekends. Camping is not allowed in the decks.
Volunteers will be available to assist with load-in and to provide breaks to vendors periodically throughout the day. Volunteers cannot be held responsible for any loss during that time.
Vendors will be able sell wares in the Steampunk Market area only (walking the street selling wares is not permitted). Cogs & Corsets is a family-friendly event. Anything being displayed in your booth needs to be appropriate for all ages.
Booth spaces are marked out at 10’x10′. Additional booth spaces can be purchased for an additional standard fee (limit 3). Vendors will need to stay within the marked lines of their 10’x10′ space; this includes all demonstrations and displays. Since the event is outside, please prepare accordingly for sun, heat and wind. Vendors are to provide their own 10×10 tent with mandatory weights (minimum 40 pound, non staked weights) securely attached to each side (4). Cogs & Corsets is not responsible for damage to tent, displays, merchandise or personal belongings. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
We have limited spots with electricity, which can be added to your booth reservation for a $25 charge (one electrical per vendor).
Cogs & Corsets has no general admission fee, however, there are several ticketed (paid) events throughout the weekend. Vendors would need to purchase their own tickets to any of these events they wish to attend.
